Photography Workshop

Our long awaited photography workshop, finally!!!!!

Well, we were taught about the basic fundamentals of photography, such as the white balance, iso and a few more other stuff, can't remember what they are, haha. I brought my DSLR with me, but sadly, I had no idea how to do the settings, hahaha, all of us were pretty noob with it =P Oh well, never mind that. Before the session started, we were all cam whoring with our cameras, and these are what we came up with:

After that, we were asked to take pictures of the boxes we've made during class, and these are mine:


Besides the boxes, we were also required to take portraits of friends and ourselves, look who I've got!!!

There are still lots of other pictures, too bad they're not in my cam T_T some of them are really great, haha, i loved one of them with me and Arivin in it, we we're doing some james bond pose or something, it's in Leonards cam, I'm so gonna get it from him XD

After the session ended, we went to the cafeteria to chill, we were just tired and drained, here's proof:

Haha, poor angus, struggling with my DSLR, but in the end he did manage to find the buttons to set the iso and aperture, but the pictures still turned out bad, it was so dark, haha. Oh well, he did take some pictures though, and here's one of them:My hand phone pouch!! But don't get me wrong, that pic was NOT taken with the DSLR, it was taken with my sony compact cam, hahaha

Old Town White Coffee

We went to have lunch at Old Town to get ourselves out of the stress that have accumulated throughout the whole morning, all due to our life-drawing assignment. Well, the assignment wasn't hard, but getting it drawn right was the though part, and boy was it frustrating, especially the assignment we got after lunch, where we had to do some vanishing point related drawing. But at the end of the day we managed to complete it, so, congrats to all of us!!!

Anyway, coming back to the Old Town part. We went there to de-stress and this is the method we came up with:

My First Post

I've just got forced into starting a blog, thanks to Julius and Vicky, the two person sitting beside me now. =)

Vicky just started one too, and he's trying to find his way around it, haha, asking Julius how to change the colour or something, no idea what they're doing exactly. Julius is calling me to stop typing now, but I'm not listening, afterall, he's the one who got me into this ;)

Ok, enough of the crap, time to talk bout more serious issues, like about me not having anything to do now!!! haha. my class ended at 12pm, we were required to do some research work on the Kore and Kouros, and the lecturer gave us until 4pm to complete it, but I have completed and handed it in before 12pm, so that leaves me nothing to do now ^^

Oh well, i'll just continue spamming the internet until 4pm, then i'll go for the student counsel meeting.

P.S. Vicky can't wait to go for the meeting, for some reason.........want to know? go ask him, ahahahaha
