On Monday, the whole class just realised that the dateline was in the afternoon on that exact day!!! What on earth...... Because for both of our previous projects, we were given two weeks for completion, so basically, the whole class just took it for granted and thought that it was going to be next week, as the week after next, we we're going to get juniors and start on our orientation project, so, it's just ngam ngam two weeks(so it's natural for us to expect it to be two weeks okay...)
So, when the lecturers told us, we were like 'WHAT!!!!!', and as the whole class didn't know about it, the lecturers decided to extend it until Wednesday(thankfully), so we had to rush our project in 3 days time.
There's 5 people in my group, Chia Chiet(group leader), Jing Yin, Vicky, Sylvia and me!!! We were required to do a flying fox, it's a kind of bat, though it's called fox(don't know why), and it actually turned out nicer than I've expected, at first i was like 'I want the dragon!!!!', but after that, when the shape of the bat started to form, i actually liked it, ahahaha(fickle minded me...)
Body
(Me and Jing Yin made the legs, well, actually we just coiled them, Chia Chiet did the skeleton, haha, and it's the most shinny part of the whole sculpture, both of us were so proud XD)
Wings!!!!!! I love the wings......
Chia Chiet, my group leader, a really good one too ^^
That's my legs, i was sitting on the table, hahaha, felt so much nicer XD
Sylvia doing the sketches
Don't misunderstand, that's not my group's, it's julius's group, it just looks soooo nice!!!
The arms was kind of a trial piece, so in the end we decided to use another method, as for the ears, all thanks to Vicky, who asked me to just do without giving me the measurements, so in the end it turned out too big, aikz..... All my sweat and blood...... DOWN THE DRAIN!!!!!
After working for so long, we just took some time off to have fun and did some crazy stuff
Now, for the long awaited sculptures, the end results
