Angus invited us to KL for dinner on Saturday night, just some random outing, because most of us had nothing to do and we were bored of staying home, so we came out with some out of the blues suggestion. We tried calling most of the people we could think of who are free, but apparently, they weren't after all, so, it ended up with only the 4 of us, Angus, Danny Siah, Kim Mei and me.....
On the night before, Kim Mei, Angus and I went on skype to discuss about our plans for the night. We did a group talk but because of SOMEONES mic, the line kept breaking and we just kept giggling all the way, and I have no idea how many times did we have to repeat the plan over and over again, in the end, Kim Mei and I just resorted to typing, hahaha.
So, basically, the plan was to meet at KLCC at 5.30pm, have dinner, then head over to 7ate9 to chill. I was tagging along Danny's car so I had to wait for him to come over to get me, and for all you know, he came at 5.40pm!!!!! (plus minus 5 mins, can't remember exactly) So, by the time we reached there, it was already 6.30pm, we were 1 hour late...... (don't blame me, I was ready at 4.30pm, waiting...... XD)
But anyhow, when we reached there, we went to find Angus and Kim Mei, and as we were going up the escalator, we spotted them on the opposite, going down (haha, ironic). At first, we were thinking of having dinner at the food court, but Kim Mei and I weren't hungry yet, so we went to walk for awhile and scout around for other food options at the same time. We came across Madam Kwan's and thought that the place looked good (not food wise, just the ambiance), so we had our dinner there instead.
I was the only 1 who ordered the curry laksa while the other 3 ordered nasi lemak. Tasted not bad, no complains, hehe~~ We had quite a chat while we were sitting there, and I think most of the other tables were beginning to stare at us for our weird topics and loud outburst, especially because of a certain someone who couldn't be civilised (I'm sure you know who you are....).
After that, we went over to 7ate9 to chill. It's just a short distance out of KLCC, about 5 mins walk and you're there. It was still quite empty when we reached, we were just way too early (the crowd wouldn't come in until at least 11pm). The place was nice, but so were the prices........ even water cost RM10!!!! *money fly away~~~*

Kim Mei and I ordered the martini, mine was lychee martini and hers was orange. The taste was not bad, sweet when it first enters your mouth and when you swallow it, only will you taste the alcohol. Angus ordered the house white wine, and Danny, the 'innocent' one, ordered ginger ale.
For some reason, we were lost for topics when we sat there, and non of us had any idea why. It was a more suitable environment compared to Madam Kwan's to chat, but somehow, we were just........ lost........ But after sometime, the mood came back, and we were back on track.
The three of us, Danny, Kim Mei and I, were chatting away with our conversations, but as for Angus, he was just sitting there, reminiscing about his past, staring round the bar searching back for all his lost memories...... I don't think he would realise if we left....... okay, maybe I'm exaggerating a little, haha, he did join in some of our conversations, but he was silent most of the time, being in a world of his own, picking out memories form his past, remembering a certain someone =P
We left around 9.30pm, and before we left, we ask the waitress to help us snap a group pic. Angus asked Danny to pose and this is what he came up with
On our way back, we had a really good view of Twin Tower
I still do not know what is he doing.....
All of us took the LRT home, and it was freaky to see that a number of them were wearing face mask on the train, made us feel so insecure...... but we didn't have a mask there at that moment, so we'll just have to bear with it, holding on to the fact that we're not that 'lucky', hehehe~~
