The Blogger Times: Orientation Project

Completed out project yesterday, so we're given a day off today, yay!!! =D

We we're required to create a mural with a total of 16 designs based on 7 geometrical shapes to design patterns that is either in the category of places, animals, human, architecture or nature. Our group was given the analogous colour series, and we decided to use red, orange, green and yellow. As usual, we didn't really fancy the combination at first, but after the results come out, we just loved it!!!

There's a total of 12 people in my group, namely, Chia Chiet, Jing Yin, Wei Kit, Xin Yi, Vicky, Sylvia, Tian Jiao, me and 4 more juniors.

We received our juniors on Tuesday, so on Monday, we just came up with designs for the panel, and I went away half way through because of the SC Orientation (hehe, manage to cabut XD).

There wasn't much to be done though, because my group members ended up coming to watch the orientation, haha. On the second day, our work load still wasn't so bad, we just had to create samples for our work.

But for the third day, we had to transfer our designs onto a 4x4 feet wooden panel, and most of the time we had to bend over the table to get our work done, drawing, painting, etc. All of our backs were sore by the end of the day, haha. We continued our work on the following day, which was the fourth day, the last day of our project ^^

My group was suppose to be the fastest, by in the end, we finished 3rd because we kept doing all the touch up, haha, sad....

We had to do a presentation at the end, so my group chose Vicky to do the job, but i came up with the script, haha. I had to compete with all the english pros, the other groups had Zaa and Steph doing the script and presentation. Julius was suppose to do the script for his group with Leonard as the presenter, but in the end min-aa did the script for him...... =.="
